this is one of the fraud company they give assurance before booking but does not comply with that after getting brokerage and all so better take every assurance/commitment on a stamp paper otherwise you wil be in a big loss.....and must compare the rate of property with other broker also, they do not have any fixed criteria to quote price so be aware of this type of company it happeened personally to me they have cheated me and also i am in loss of more than 6-7 laks ,,,,,,,
