Bad service. I visited in February 2012. The displayed working hours was 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. I reached at 9.30 a.m. to be told that the doctor would be available at 10.00 a.m. (by the way, the doctors stay above, on the floor above the lab).

Then I was told that I was patient number 3 as two people had come earlier and left their 'slips' and would be returning at 10.00 a.m., so I would be going in after them.

At 10.15 a.m., I was called at the reception table and the amount for the test was taken.

Finally, at 10.55 a.m, the doctor came in.

My turn (at patient number 3) came around 11.20 a.m.

Had I been told that I would have to wait for so long, I definitely would have looked for an alternative.
