On 10th October, 2013 I had gone to repair my Samsung Grand. My phone's screen was broken. They said that they will give the phone back on 12th October, 2013. On the contrary yesterday (17th October, 2013) they still said that my phone was not repaired. I had to travel out of town so I told them that I needed my phone back which was anyways delayed by 4 days from their side. After reaching back home I realised that my phone is still not working, and it is getting shut down in every 3 to 5 minutes.
I am a HR Manager for a reputed organisation in Maldives and I have no intentions of just misguiding anyone. My sincere advise to all of you, please do not go to any of their outlets as they will cheat you. By the way they will charge you INR 40
