Brought a samsung 24 inch TV from Rajdanga store. Was told TV will be delivered next day and will be installed within an hour of delivery.
Yet to receive the product. No communication either from the store informing or explaining about thye delay. Terrible service.

I have recently purchased an air cooler from here, which they promised to deliver in 3 days, but still, haven't received the product yet. All payments have been made and billing is complete.
Recently brought an AC from here, and happened to face fraudulent service from this seller. Failed to fulfil what they committed before I paid for the AC.
1. Even though they commited to deliver within 48 hours, they delivered 4 days later (After I visited personally & confronted them)
2. They said and provided a free installation coupon, which the AC manufacturing company completely ignored and said that Great Eastern only holds the responsibility to install without any charges.
I called back Great Eastern support centre & the sales person (Sourav) multiple times. Nobody answered.
I had to install the AC after 6 long days from the manufacturing company with the installation fee.
