i HAD a very very bad tour with Bharat booking a person manu thakur fooled me after taking advance for my daimond package changed my room to 1100 rs hotel which has no amenities as intercom wifi or power back up also for which i was charged 4500, On first day at hotel in dharmashala i was told will pick up and transfer to hotel i asked him repeatedly in reaching early morning will hotel check me in he said no problem but fact was the hotel did not give me room till 12 noon 4 hours me with my wife and child had to roam on the streets and had to freshen up bath outside restaurant, in 5 degree temp , my whole 1 day tour of dharmashala was spoiled , no welcome drink but bad reception, i called manu he said pay extra money and check in, next day
