The showrooms are based in prime locations all close to railway stations. The biggest store is the Thane one spread over 12,000 square feet. The larger outlets have demo rooms for Plasma TVs and Home theatres.

Never go to Kohinoor Dadar East branch. they sell only defective items. We purchased Samsung Refrigerator, Samsung AC and Samsung Washing machine all turned out to be defective. We had to run around them for replacement but they did not replace. There is 1 salesperson with the name of Azmat over there. Who will try to convince u. but do not get influence with that and please do not buy anything.
