I couldn't agree more with Sangeeta. I am leaving on Tuesday for a wedding and was told that I would get my Sherwani on Sunday. Then I was told it would arrive at 2:30 on Monday. Then I was told 4:30 on Monday. Now it is 8:35pm and I am still waiting , having spent the greater part of my last day waiting for these liars to finally deliver my kurta!
I am appalled by the unprofessional service at your stores. I bought a saree for my wedding and lehenga for my wedding reception in your store in Mulund on the recommendation of a friend. I used to live abroad and while purchasing the lehenga, I was assured that I would be given a trial and a fitting when I came back in a few months.
I came back and went for the trial, the blouse was way too tight (I compared the measurements and it was absolutely not correct). I was measured and told to go to the store in Peddar Road since the store in Mulund was shutting down.
