Rajan is an unreliable person. He just went back on his commitment to refund entire the money paid while placing the order, as he gave a faulty product and wasnât able to rectify the problem on time. Rajan is showing attitude now and says I never promised to repay; come and take your sofa cover. On reminding him about our discussion, he very arrogan ... மேலும் காண்கtly told me take the matter with anyone you want "Tata-Bye-Bye".
Detail : On giving a deadline to deliver Sofa covers, he did a shabby job. When I highlighted to Rajan the mistake and to rectify the matter and to get it delivered to my residence at Nerul before a specified date i.e. before our festival and guests visit us, he said he will do the needful, but on my follow-up call when I expressed to him my dissatisfaction on the entire sequence of events and the delay caused and he not being able to stick to his commitment, he straight away told me that he will repay back my credit card company by cutting a cheque in the credit card company's favour. I was surprised at his attitude, instead of taking immediate corrective action and delivering it to the customer, he straight away said I am going to refund your money. Since there was no point waiting anymore as guests have already left I agreed to take the money back. Rajan said he will pay it directly to my credit card company and will cut a cheque directly in SBI Card's favour.
When there was no reply from Rajan for few days, I asked him what's happening to the credit card payment, my bank has sent me the bill for payment. Rajan straight away backed-off and denied any discussions took place between us. Being very honest about the entire case I asked Rajan to swear that he has never made such a commitment, he straight away backed-off and disconnected the phone by saying "Take the matter with anyone you want "Tata-Bye-Bye".
Rajan is acting smart as he has taken time to stictch the sofa fabric and is asking me to take it or leave it.
My intention is that no other consumer should face this problem.குறைவாகக் காண்க
