I am writing to register a complaint about my SUZUKI ACCESS 125 scooter that I purchased in August 2021. The vehicle has been shutting down automatically for the past 8 months, and it has happened over 80 times. I am deeply concerned about this issue and the potential risks it poses to my safety while riding.
Despite taking the scooter to your authorized service center multiple times, the issue has not been resolved. Each time, I have been assured that the problem has been fixed, only for the same issue to occur again.

Hopeless place. No coordination and absolutely pathetic customer care. We booked Access 125 and waited for 3 months and until we asked them, they never came back to us. The called us saying we will deliver the vehicle on a Friday and when we called on that day, they said some issue cant deliver today. Again not proactive to inform the customer. Finally when we went to get the vehicle, he say the vehicle was ready a week before and earlier said it was ready on Friday. Finally he took 3 hrs to deliver the vehicle saying they are doing some cleaning. God knows what they clean for hrs. When asked, they were absolutely rude. No Manager was around to respond.
