I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. Invariably the vehicle is delivered late every time it goes in there for routine service or body-shop repairs and the service adviser or the service manager do not find it necessary to keep the customer informed. You have to keep calling them. So much for customer service! I was promised delivery on last Friday by no less than the service manager. Then on Friday changed to Saturday morning and then on to Monday and the latest by "Tuesday morning, positively and without fail".It is 12.05 pm and no sign of delivery. My call to Customer Relations Assistant a few minutes ago does not clarify when I will get my car back. Access to the Service Center Manager is denied over phone so far. Pleas ... మరిన్ని చూడండి

Bad service, poor service, charging extra, no workmanship...what other adjectives can I say about these people. I took my Pajero for a small work: AC belt tightening because it made screeching noise. For this I had to leave it for a day to get it done after fixing an appointment with a moron called Anil. I thought it was one hell of a job. Got it done paid 2500/- and drove only to get the same noise in 2 weeks, by then I had gone to cochin and I went to the cochin mitsubishi service center and I had asked them to fix this AC belt, they just took like 20 minutes, cleaned it, greased it and said it was ready, and I asked them how much and to that they said nothing. Just to bring to your notice that, This is the worst service center ever I have come across. Very bad, poor service. no value for customers. You do not do a good job, You do not have a good workmanship here. Better avoid this place for any kind of repairs or service. I will never go to this place. They have now lost 2 customers and all my 3 cars will never go for a service here. I came there to get my vehicle wheels to fix as I spoke to one guy called Anil and Jagdish, after Anil confirmed to me to come over since the part was there, I drove for 25kms leaving half a day office only to reach at the service center and he says I never asked to come, we cannot do the job. I too had an awful experience. I own a Mitsubishi Outlander and one day the Air cooling suddenly stopped working. I sent the car to SVR. Later in the day their technical person called me and informed me that A/c expansion valve is blocked and need to be replaced and overall cost would be Rs. 35,000/-. I was shocked, the vehicle was only 2.5 years old and run only 20,000km. I did some google search and found that the cost of expansion valve is only 3,000-4,000/- depending on the type of Mitsubishi car. I told him this but he was adamant that the cost is as he is mentioned as it is a part he has to import from Japan. I got shocked and told him i would go to consumer court if Mitsubishi is producing such non reliable vehicle parts which go ba ... మరిన్ని చూడండి d every 2 year and we have to pay nearly half a lakh every 2 years just for the maintenance of it. Then he changed his tone and told that he will speak to his manager. Later he called me and told that he need to do the complete diagnosis for which he has to open the dashboard, do a leak test and change the coolant which altogether would cost another 7,000/-. I didn't have any option but to agree. Later doing all this he told me that it is indeed the faulty ac expansion valve and we need to replace and quoted 35,000/- again. This time I was suspecting there is something wrong and I contacted the Chennai Car Plant service dept. They said they will check the cost and gave me the phone number of service dpt head Mr. G Ramesh. When I spoke to him (Mr. Ramesh had just returned from Bangalore to chennai that day and he was aware of the situation) he said he would check the cost but was adamant that it was not a manufacturing defect and we have to pay the entire money. He said he will check the price with the plant. I was angry and I asked for the contact details of the superiors of Mitsubishi and the CCP. He said he can't give that in a rude way. I told him I will find out and I will make sure that the heads of Mitsubishi and CCP know this issue. After a few min.s I received a call from SVR saying that they are very sorry that they had misquoted the price for Ac valve and it costs only 3500/- and not 35,000/- and this technical person just overlooked it. Immediately after I received call from Mr. Ramesh and he also mentioned the same. Ramesh had not checked the price with CCP instead he had spoken to SVR about it. This seemed strange to me as he had told me he would check with CCP. Now dear friends, does the reason given by SVR appropriate for you? or is there something fishy in this entire episode. Had I not inquired and wasted 3 days in going through everything, had i given the nod when he told me the problem I would have to spend 35K on this. Is the technical person so careless that he would just quote some number without checking? These people work in service and still they don't have the idea of price of a very important part like the ac expansion valve? The main problem is in Bangalore,SVR is the sole dealer and service provider for Mitsubishi because of which we can't get any second opinion. We just have to agree to what they say. It's very sad that an excellent car manufacturer like Mitsubishi is losing it's reputation because of a service center!తక్కువ వీక్షించండి

had my service done @ svr motora they simply charge but they dnt do the service propoelry if we call and tell that the problem is stil nt rectifyied they tell our tech team is busy rt ne we wil get back but they will never get to us and again if we call back to their landkine and ask them abt the wrk they will put it on hold and will nt get back to us behind we can hear them scolding us .For this we need to pay you so much of amount
