MID-DAY mag dated 09-06-2010 carried an article about how 110 people were duped by ,Bangalore SURYA SHINE BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS Bangalore of Rs.10 crores.The same partnership firm floated many projects such as Surya Elite on SH-209 BETWEEN Halagur and Channapatna where they sold plots costing between 6 lacs and 7.56 lacs.I saw their ad in Times Property in 2008 and approached them for buying a plot and paid rs.7.56 lacs in 3 instalments.The partners were Sudhir,Padma Singer,Jyotikumar and Muralimohan apart from the 3 others who were already arrested.The plots were duly registered on 16/01/2009 and the owner of the plots one Marilingegowda s/o Late Nagalingegowda came to the SRO,Malavalli and executed the document.However even thoug ... మరిన్ని చూడండి h the document says that the sketch is attached no sketch was attached. I was not aware that I should have initiated application for patta immediately and M/s Suryashine also did not intimate to me. I went to Suryashine office in the beginning of 2010 and found that part of the office functioning on the ground floor had folded up and the other part of the office on the first floor was nearly non-existent and only Sudhir was present there.There was one client arguing with Sudhir about the non-receipt of interest on his deposits.This client told me that the office would vanish in a month.He was right because the next time I went there the office had been vacated.I read about the other fraud on the net only in May 2011.I went searching for Marilingegowda in his village at Boodiguppe,Ramnagaram Taluk as his signature was required on the sketch.He was not available and nobody knew where he was staying at Bangalore or his contact number.I visited Surya Elite project site and came to know that boundaries were not marked and one Mr.Mangaldeep whose plot no 62 was to the north of my plot had put a fence and had dug a well on his site but there was some dispute between him and Marilingaiah and the latter had filed a case against him.This information was given by Mr.Raghu who was his youngest brother-in-law staying at Benamanahalli adjacent to Lingapattana village where this project is located.After great difficulty I managed to locate Mr.Marilingaiah in Doddakallasandra in his daughter's residence.Now this man claims that he did not get a single pie from Suryashine builders even though an agreement dated 24/06/2008 between him and Suryashine Builders says that he was paid an advance of Rs.2 lacs for 32 guntas in S.no.227/3b and the balance was to be paid to him as and when people registered their sites at the rate of rs.720000/- per acre.Now this man says he will sign for the sketch application only if I pay him Rs.2.50 lacs.My site measures only 11 guntas or 12000 sq.ft and 44000 sq ft is one acre.The site was registered for rs.12000/- and the value of my site is approximately rs.1.65 lacs going by value mentioned in the agreement dated 24/06/08.Now this farmer is determined to make good his loss by extorting money from me even though he knows that I was also cheated by Suryashine developers and builders. There are 80 sites in this place and the farmers are removing boundary stones wherever they exist and are cultivating the land as though they still own the land.If others who were duped similarly get together with me we can file a joint case against these farmers who are refusing to hand over possession.Please call me on 09884110405.Iam Vidya J.తక్కువ వీక్షించండి
