Very bad experience. ....I have taken online prior appointment 5 days back....They confirmed me with mobile message. ....today when I called (thankfully ) to inform I will coming by 2:30....receptionist there told sorry we can't give you appointment today....I told I have confirmation. ...she told me I can't do anything. ...when I said lodge a complaint against who gave me appointment. ...receptionist buntly told me if you want ....do whatever you want you do it....
From such a well know brand such a response. ...when I have taken half day for my appointment. ..feeling very irritated...😬
