You are all right! I visited Visage after reading your review and absolutely loved the stylists, ambience and service provided to me. Friendly yet professional at the same time. And Mrs. Beena Sondhi(the owner) truly is running the show there. She even suggested against me getting my hair straightened which is business loss to her (as hair straightening is upwards of INR 8000) as my hair was damaged, instead she suggested something that would improve the condition of my hair. This truly made me feel like someone genuinely cares about the hair and isn't just after the money. I think that MNW is solely running on the brand name it has. Feels extremely hostile in there now. I HAD THE SIMILIAR EXPERIENCE AT THE AISIS PARLOUR & SPA , ITS IN KAMAHALLI. I WENT TO STRAIGHTEN MY HAIR A MONTH BEFORE MY WEDDING AND THEY BURNT THE ROOTS OF MY HAIR AND SINCE THEN MY HAIR SYATED FALLING SO MUCH..
It is the worst parlour I have ever seen. For my hair cut I paid rs 1100, but i got the worst hair cut.. n the lady who cut my hair was the senior analyst from kolkata.. I could not remember her name.. I asked her taht I am going to be get married after one month so give me a nice hair style.. but within half minute she cut my hair .. n that was the worst.. Even the road side parlours give a nice hair style in compare to that.. So my expeirence to this parlour was the worst..
