This is today's incidence at HP Petrol Pump, BDA complex, HSR Layout. When I asked for petrol, one of the worker started talking to me to deviate my attention. He was laughing and talking very politely to me. In the meanwhile, other guy started filling petrol. I had confusion that he didn't start from zero. Thanks to one of the customer who was observing everything and he pointed this out. The guy who was filling petrol became nervous once we started shouting but other worker who was talking to be kept saying no at the beginning as if he was very practiced doing so and have been doing this with lots many customers. Later on he agreed for doing so.
Other customers also pointed out that they had similar experience in other HP petrol pumps
