బిగ్ బాజార్

i paid for a queen size bed, big bazaar told me that it will be delivered in 48 hours....
I m still waiting when it is beyond time and when i call big bazar they say that they have no idea about the time for driver to come....
what a pathetic service.......whom to escalate ??

one of d best places to shop for literally everything , r8 from groceries to clothes , e gadgets and books , sports eqpt much more ,,,, however the mobile phone section , gadgets and clothin sections have to improved as there is not much of quality or quantity ,,,, this if done could be very well Indias answer to walmart
