Customer care very poor. . without contacting customer they say the customer is not at home ...very pathetic service

Tracking is bad, Customer care do not give any satifactory ans. Do not use correct English word, Overnight Delivery means it will take 3 to 4 days. Add: Rude Agents, they cant help you as the system is slow/down. they dont have information you need. Tracking system is horrible. Just aviod it. Wish i cud give -ve star
