Furthermore these guys damaged the locking mechanism of my laptop keyboard, they put tape over it instead of replacing.

Don't buy anything from here. They charged me Rs.1900 for a HP DV-6 Laptop keyboard replacement when the selling price online is Rs.950.
The price of a battery here is 5000, but you can get it at 1800 flat online.

These guys are con-men. Boycott them.
