Worst service! I used AB home for transfer from Delhi to Kolkata. Unprofessional. People sent or packing behaved very badly specially with female. When opened cartoons in Kolkata, some valuable items were found missing. Almairah , AC were badly damaged amounting around rs 10K . When reported they advised to repair at our cost and promised to pay back the amount . On good faith I did repair on my own cost and when requested to pay back the money, they keep on promising for 6 months but never paid and cheated me .

I employed A B Home Packers and Movers to move my household stuff from Bangalore to Kolkata. The packing was quick but the truck was too small and handling was careless. When they reached Kolkata they unnecessarily kept us waiting for 4 hrs before finally arriving. All crockery, reading desk, shoe rack and freeze were damaged. I had done an insurance of over 1 lac. The people at their office were not helpful and just delayed the proceedings. It has been more than 2 months and I have not received any compensation for the damages.
