I bought a bulchee bag from Garuda Mall (Nov 11). From day one the zip had problems. Went to the same store and got it rectified. Now, ten months later (Sept 2012) the skin of the handle is peeling off :( The guarantee for their product is only for 6 months. Extremely disappointed. Will never go for this brand again :(
