Dear Mr. Niyaz/Mr.Rahul/Mr.Sameer
This is regarding one leg massager machine which i booked on 20th Aug., in Time Show - NSE Goregaon - Mumbai - at your stall and Mr. Rahul booked it (reciept of payment of 18000/- is attached for your reference) with the commitment of the delivery by 26th Aug. but today is 15th Sep, and i have not recieved the machine yet.
Request you to update me with the delivery status, i have made several calls to Rahul and then to Mr. Sameer but no body is giving me a clear answer,

on 17-4-2010 I have purchased one leg massager and one car SL-D24 luxury dual massage cushion through Mr. Anil. It was stated on the warranty statement that one year guaranty against manufacture defects + 9 years of onsite warranty. The SL-D24 massage cushion was not functioning since October 2011. I made a complaint over telephone to Mr. Anil (Cell No.9885051370) but he has not turned up. At that time I informed that the leg massager also needs to be overhauled. He replied that it is not necessary. Now the leg massager is also not functioning since one month. Mr. Anil is not responding. I made a complaint to Mr. Sameer (Cell Phone no.09008838117). We booked a Masseurr Reclining Massage chair & a Foot Massager at the Bandra-Kurla Complex exhibition ground , " Times of India " exhibition ,on the 13th February, 2012. Mr. Rahul Mascarenhas was the sales person, who convinced us to buy their products.We paid Rs 1,10,000 to their representative, Mr. Aiyaz { 96193-21791}.
After one month and over fifty calls, i was put on to Mr. Billal their Goa representative, since i wanted my delivery in Goa. { Mr. Bilal 90369-66966 }. I was delivered the recliner , since then i have made another 50 calls, have been told to go to the SEABIRD BUS COMPANY's office at Panaji, but there has been no delivery of my Foot Massager.
I am a retired Govt Employee and have never faced such harrasment in my life
