The beauticians and the receptionist often charge higher than what is on the card because usually customers dont check the rate card. This was caught by me when I went to have my hair straightened, the guy who works there tried to charge 1000 Rs more and when I threatened to complain he said that all of them were in this together. They share the extra money between themselves. The owner most likely has no idea that this is going on and of course, neither do the customers who are being ripped off.
