Cleanliness and hygiene are not on the top of their priority list. In more than 3 occasions when we were dining with family, we had to get teh spoons, forks, plates and bowls changed because there was dried food stuck on to the so called clean crockery and cutlery. The waiters did not think it was important to change the dirty crockery and cutlery and even acted very annoyed when we asked them to change. Bad for their reputation...
