They promised me to hand over my flat at Grand Residency, Chennai, in June 2011, today is 12.09.2012...they don't have any answers, simply not picking up our calls and ignoring our emails. They ruined my dream, money and time. Its frustrating to see the poor quality of the building in-spite of paying for a premium apartment. They gave us colorful brochure and sweet assurances on booking, now they are simply no where. Even Srijan group of Kolkatta is not responding to our mails and forcing us to go legally.

My rating here as a suffered customer is in negative marks as there is no positive approach from these guys.
