beware of UNITED CARGO PACKERS MOVERS..this is fake company..i booked my bike from ghaziabad to hyderabad on 13july..these people gave me commitment to deliver it within 7 days..but they to took 14days..also they stole my expensive helmet n delivered a third class helmet. they booked my bike with d2dexpress in 1700 n they charged me 4800..believe me its fake company..n whenever i called them about the status they use abusive language..

Hi friends, I can not forget United-Cargoâs Mr.MUNA BHAI, Mr. RP Singh , Mr. Sajeed and Mr. Rejendra. Very dangerous guys ..becarefullâ¦they will play with your emotions â¦stay away from this company called UNITED-CARGO. United Cargo is a fraud, useless and non-sense company. I have Shifted my household from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar, consignment no:1725. Due Mr. Rajendraâs commitment I have choose this packer and movers evenif higher quotation with some other packer and movers. I have faced lot of troubles. None of my household is in good condition. All glass items are gone, wood work like bed, temples etc are gone, you can not repair also, so need to through it out . Dent and scratch are in costly items like fridge, washing ma ... మరిన్ని చూడండి chine, almira etc. .. They have build up their company with fraud. Each and every steps they will show start and moon in daytime. They are playing with gentle manâs those who are simple and can not take any action. The type of problem and headache what I faced you cannot imagine. they had given forgery insurance certificate which one created with pdf editor on some others certificate. They did not do unloading and unpacking. Paid another 2k to local guys to do this, that also at night 11PM winter night. Goods reached on 3rd week. If you ask they will tell you different different stories to make you fool. Actually as per delivery driver luggage was laying in godam and he has started 4days back from banglore with my luggage. Request you to read this full short story what I have faced:- Unitec-Cargo has committed goods will reach with in 7days. It has reached after 18th day. On10th day I called and ask they told its on the way it will reach 2marow evening. After that i asked they gave another number, they told me its truck owner number you can ask directly. That fellow will say there is some mechanical problem in truck and its is near boarder and they r searching for Engineer to repair it. if u force them to give driver number then after sometime l received call that sir I am your driver. truck has some problem I will repair and all you material are safe, no need to worry, 2marow evening I will reach. Next day evening i called to that number that fellow cut the number, heard kanada announcement from operator. that means they called from Bangalore itself. Now I donât have any idea where is my goods. Then they did not pick the call immediately. after calling 4/5 time they picked the call and inform me they r not finding people for truck repairing, and advise to discuss with truck owner. Truck owner(Mr. Sajeet) told truck is ok now and they will start now, and he gave me driver number. I called that number he told me that he is 180 KM from Bhubaneswar. So I was happy and wait 7/8 hr then called again he told me he is in one packing place. Due to no entry he can not come inside Bhubaneswar. That packing place was near to my office so personally I went there saw strange thing , that fellow was carrying cars in his truck. Immediately I called truck owner simply he replay that sir I am getting lot of called so by mistake I have given this number. Actually again your truck got some problem so driver cameback to Bangalore because he did not have enough money to repair truck. He has already left and will reach very soon to that place. Definitely your material will reach 2marow evening. They I called to the Head office Mr. R.P. Singh, I asked to help me but no result again I called Mr. R.P singh and told it may I will complain in police station what this fellow replied simple if you complain in police station then it may your household will not reach safely. I could not do nay thing, wait for one day again I called they told all obstacles over truck is in check post. And given driverâs number. I called driver he told that he will reach 2marow evening. Ok next day I called to Driver, he told he will reach soon and discuss about unloading and unpacking. Driver told me he has not received any instruction from Bangalore. Again I called, they told let truck reach they will arrange everything locally, they will call to driver and will update accordingly. I have suggested at that time it will be night , so arrange it asap. Called again to the driver he said no info from Bangalore and he cleared me he is not going to do anything on this. His duty is that he will bring the truck near to house, thatâs all. Again I called got simple reply that they will arrange everything. from the city baypass truck driver was called and said they are going to do shift luggage from big lorry to a small truck and its evening time and may be they will face some problem with local guys, so pls come. So I send one of relative there that fellow stand there for 2hr. only 2 peoples shifted from one truck to another truck. Till now no news about unloading. I called to the united cargo and they have given another number to discuss. I called to that number that felloe claim he is the actual truck owner and the 1st one Mr. Sajeed is a broker/agent. He has not received any instruction from united cargo. Try to reach united cargo but no respond. Called Mr. Sajeed and he was shouted on me saying that he is arranging why I am calling him continuously. Just imagine the situation all household is at your door step at winter night 11PM, nobody is there to unload, driver is saying do first he want to leave, if you call united cargo no response and if you call to the broker then you will get scold. Again like a shameless fellow called broker Mr. Sajeed, he has given one number. Called to that number he has suggested that let keep your luggage outside near car parking he will do unloading 2marow morning. Which is a useless suggestion. no way so went to railway station and took 3 cullies on 2k to unload household. Can not believe after unpacking. Could not sleep after seeing the damage . asked forcefully to the delivery driver he told that he had started 4days back from Bangalore with my luggage all these days it was in storeroom. See how these guys make me fool by saying stories. my sincere suggestion don not go with this company and âto any packers and movers donât pay full money before deliver your goodsâ. తక్కువ వీక్షించండి
