Thank you for arranging everything as per the iteneary. Everything was in place when i reached Srinagar. The boat house New Maharaja palace was quite good and the hospitality was really nice. Mr. Rashid the owner of the house boat took care of all our requirements.The cab driver Mr. Mohidin was really sweet.The only disappointment was the hotel at Pahalgam. Though the location was really nice, there was no menu in the hotel and we had to eat what ever they served us.Overall, i am satisfied with the arrangements made by BRM Journeys and would recommend my friends.
