Very poor expertise. I got an ac repaired by shrine nikhil yadavji whose number was forwarded to me by mrvrajan of sahara services. The services of Mr nikhil Yadav Ji was taken for ac servicing. He asked a whopping 3200 rs for it anand finally deal was settled at 2600. When he came, he didn't eeven come with necessary equipments. First he went and brought the equipments. Even midway of servicing, he again (for second time) asked me for short leave as he had brought insufficient glass for charging. So practically , in one serservicing, mMr nikhil went twictwice to collect his tools etc. Secondly , during entire servicing, he was on phone. Thirdly, it,s been less than twenty four hours and my ac is not functioning again.fourthly, he didn't ev

Pathetic service. No sense of customers time. Gave me fixed time for 2 days and no one showed up. The technicians number that the company forwarded me gave me 6 different appointment time periods and never showed up even after I told them I was taking time off of work with loss of pay to be there for the appointment. I called the company to find out what is happening and told them my situation and the ignorant guy at the company tells me there is nothing he can do. Not even send me a different technician after I had taken time off of work for the third time in 2 days. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. People doing business like this don't deserve to work.

These guys were great.Really outstanding repair work, I honestly enjoy the quick services. I would give A+++ to Sahara Service ! I'm not a technical guy and so explaining how my faulty LCD TV should work is tricky. They did everything we asked them to do and did a quick and complete job. There was no compromise but they made the imported LCD work just like we asked. We Will contact this team in future for appliance related needs. Recommending for quick doorstep services.

We had contacted with Sahara service for repair of our hotel's refrigerators. Pooja was the contact person. They were very professional and courteous from the start. the engineer gave us very affordable quote and our 2 1/2 year old refrigerator is actually working as it was designed to. we want to thank you for your courtesy on the phone, fast response time, and great customer service! Overall a very satisfying experience and would definitely hire them again. Strongly recommended Sahara Service.
pathetic service. the customer service agent was rude and unprofessional. took 3000 INR for a minor AC repair and it has been 20 days and the AC is not yet fixed. They blatantly refused to refund the money as well. Have been following up incessantly but all i am getting is needless headache in return. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THESE THIEVES ANY BUSINESS IF YOU WANT A HALF DECENT SERVICE.
Was completely misled by the reviews posted here. We were also directed to Sandeep to repair our washing machine. Had some panel problem and was taken to Delhi office for replacement. Took 3 days to tell us that it cannot be repaired and that too after repeated calls and reminders from our side. Took advantage of their second hand washing machines dealings and got a Samsung washing machine. Now the machines is just 4 days old and the spin tub is already giving out fumes and burnt rubber smell. Called Sandeep again and we have been given false promises of attending the problem. Still waiting for that person...................Please don't aprroach these people for any services....completely unprofessional and absolutely no work or product qua
