I had a very bad experience with the airtel relationship ship center in Madhapur. I bought a fancy number 3g for my iphone 5. I paid rs 7,500 for the number. The customer executive told me that the number will be activated by the night on the same day. It is now the 5th day and the number is still not activated. I finally had to lodge a complaint with 121. They have assured me that the number will get activated in 6 hours. Let us hope it is.
