I booked the plot at âsamdarshini enclaveâ (plot no. 96-97) on 14th 0ctober 2009, and was paying the instalments regularly, but after making 50% of the payment I came to know that the project (âsamdarshini enclaveâ) was not approved by govt. Agencies and there was some dispute and clearance was not provided. The sites promised are located at the below address:
samadarshini venture is located at padakal village, on srisailam highway (4 track road), near mucherla it park, thalakondapally mandal, mahaboobnagar dist.
By dec 2009 I paid them rs 93000.Mr. Chandra mouly the bother of mr. Rajshekar goud the managing director of gvr meadows pvt ltd, used to call me and collect money.
