Hello,
I must say, your service really sucks. You don't respect your customers, your employees behave really harsh. They don't show even the basic professional courtesy to the customers. My bikes warranty period is still not over, yet I had to pay to replace several genuine parts(clutch...) of my bike. Right now the Starter is not working and when I approached the sub-dealers Ave mariya Vaikom of SG MOTORS/KOTTAYAM, they said they couldn't help because I my bike's service record is not correct. I did my services correctly but they didn't punched/entered it correctly, I have proof for this but they don't. And now they are blaming it on me. Worst part is they don't even know how to behave. Can I expect any sort justice and decency fro

My FZShad an accident months before and given to S.G. Motors. i did't get a better service from your company. i also paid a large amount for service charge. i never heard such amount in labor charge. i'm also going to post a lot of complaint with this one to Yamaha.
