Horrible experience with Alliance. We booked a car from US fully paid including fuel cost. The car was old and wipers were not working. This delayed the trip. There were ladies and kids in the car.
The driver stopped the car in the middle of trip and said we are out of diesel. He asked for diesel moeny. He said the ower does not give him money. When talked to the owner Mr Alok, he said that we can give money or he can send someone with moeny and we have to wait on the highway for 3-4 hours. Horrible!
