Diamond water park is the worst place I have ever visited. it is at a very remote place in Lohegaon, Pune connected by very bad roads. There is no proper security for parking or the lockers. I had visited this place on Good Friday and lost my mobile phone and some cash from the locker provided. The same day, another group of people lost 5 mobile phones and some cash from their car. Diamond water park management says security is not their responsibility and we have to complain to the police. They have CC cameras and say they maintain the recordings, but there is nobody who can view the recordings or provide the footage. The managers are so irresponsible that they were not even ready to hear our complaints or speak to us.
