I Am Using Garden City Cabs From Past 3 Years They Have Excellent Service.Some Times Because Of Useless Drivers We Get bad Opinion from Customer.Good Service With Chargeable Rates Excellent Service.

They auto modify the package for maximum amount rendered. I asked for 5 hours/ 50 Km package. It was just pickup and drop and I mentioned it as well. After the trip, they charged me for 3 hours/ 30 Km package and all extra as Rs 15/ km. The driver was amazingly rude and ill mannered. I talked to they customer representative, and he started cursing and saying that he don't want customers who argues.
If you want a cab to have peace of mind of easy on pocket, then this is the service you must avoid at all cost. You've been warned.

i m used garden city cabs very good service

It was a very bad experience for me with garden city cabs, i booked an indica for Bangalore to Mysore and back.
The car which was sent was very dirty,not washed or serviced for long time
Driver didn't knew the routes in Bangalore or Mysore. we needed to check the routes and direct him
Driver didn't knew Hindi or English.
The cab broke down in middle and it wasted 1 hour of our time.
When i complained it to them, they said they don't want such customers who tell them the review of their services
Never expected this kind of service from them

I had booked a cab on Wednesday at 11AM. I used it till 2.20PM and around 36KMS. It was a non AC indicaAt the end of service, the driver chared me Rs. 650. Your tariff says non AC indica is Rs.500for 40kms/4hours. I said the same to the driver but he argued a lot and took Rs.650.

Had a bad experience with the driver who was completely unaware of the routes, was arrogant and blatantly over charged me. I sent a mail to the company complaining about this. They promptly got back (I was happy to get a response, but it was shortlived), claiming that the cab was not sent by their company and that it was not even their driver. I hung up the phone before they drove me insane. I regularly take cabs in Bangalore, and this was by far the worst.

Very BAD Experience....take care of hidden charges.
