I purchased a 40K Sofa from their WF branch which is broken in 2 months. After complaining, they sent someone to repair & I saw the wood used is very very cheap quality. The person just put in some nails on broken (rather shattered) wood piece. I argued a lot with owner that this is a manufacturing defect & its not a good piece. But he clearly refused to do anything other than repair. No my 2 months old repaired sofa is lying around & I do not have confidence to sit on it or make my guest sit on it. So much money gone down the drain in JUST 2 MONTHS. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM. Furniture may look good & they may talk too wonderfully to sell. However you are the one who will be loosing the money. These guys are very active on net & writes a lot of good reviews by themself. Don't fall victim to their propaganda.

I bought for the first time from this shop 5 yrs back when i got married.i stil remember that these guys arranged a super fast delivery that time.Since I am very happy with their furniture for the last

5 yrs i decided to go back to them.
15 days back i went to buy another cot for a guest room to be made in one week. Once again these guys made it possible. Before visiting them, i was curious to check out some of the new stores that have advertised so much and went to lifestyle and home town. but i must say that looking good still has the best variety and their prices are are much lesser.
the other advantage i got is that the cot i saw on display was a very dark color (they called it walnut), but i needed what is called the natural teak color (yellow brown). these guys made a brand new cot to match the color in 6 days, just in time for my guest.
i am very pleased with my experience with them and wanted to reward them by writing about it. so here it is. the other think i appreciate is that the manager/partner (am not sure) does not sit in a closed cabin and is always approachable. their quality and dedication is commendable.

I bought a dining table set and a sofa from Looking Good Furniture about 3 yrs back. Since I have kids at home, the ware and tear on the furniture has been heavy. I sent an email to Looking Good Furniture

regarding some stitches coming out in the sofa and also about one dining set chair problem. I didnt expect much but was really pleasantly surprised that i got a reply to my email on the same day asking for some details and address.
Within 24 hours from then, a person came and set right the stitches and also a craftsman came and set right the joint on the chair and I was not even charged for it.
GREAT GOB!!
Its nice to have someone to react this way. It made me really happy and strongly recommend their furniture.
