I own a Nissan Sunny xl.I am satisfied with the car performance,but still i will never buy nissan cars,only reason is its service center. On 25th april 2015 i went for a service of my car.My appointment was for 10 am ,i reached by 9.50am.I was made to wait 1hr. Then i was informed my appointment was for 10.45 am .Plus their Assistant Manager Mr.Jayesh was very rude & he said you can go to mira road for service .Mr.Jayesh do not know how to speak,he thinks he owns the place.I brought this under the notice of GM. But no action was taken against him or apology was given to me by Jayesh for his rude behavior. Because their is only one service center in Andheri,so people like Jayesh thinks he can say anything.I demand strict action against him.

Dear Sir, This is with reference to our visit to your dealerâs showroom Torrent Motors Pvt. Ltd. at Andheri west. We are prospective buyer of Sunny Nissan XV. We have obtained the details of the Vehicle on Friday after discussion with Ms. Priyanka. The detail quote was also provided by her and also she has promised us Test drive by Friday Evening. However she could not arrange the same by Sunday afternoon. So we called her at 5.30 pm from borivali and asked her about test drive to finalize the car. We reached the showroom after telephonic confirmation received from Ms. Priyanka Hajare at 6pm dtd. 28th oct 2012 to have test drive before 7pm.
