BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS

If there was a rating below poor, I would have chosen that.They are a bunch of fraudsters.
We were told that the advance is completely refundable, we were told that we don't need to pay for the nurse's food, we were told that in case the patient heals or passes away with in a month, depending on the no. of days their service was used they would refund the balance.
However, we didn't get any refund even though the service was used only for 10 days. When asked,
We were told that the person we spoke to, who made us sign the forms and smiled and took away our money (Aishwarya) was new to the agency and didn't know the "policies".
