Customer handling is really worst. For the brand like yamaha, these kinds of black dots ll spoil their name in after sales. I have been waited for more than 20 days for getting a tail end spare for my ss125. These guys(ambal - dealer) are curse for yamaha. The people in the spares section are answering like nuts down categories.
Yamaha heads, do some thing to rescue its name in spares.. otherwise no match guys ll race down you.....
