complaint from rasipuram customers
We friends purchased two yamaha bikes from best motors rasipuram. The dealers are not give proper rsponse and also not giving proper details about what the customers needed. After getting bike they are charging more fees for free services, Customers are returning to home with mantel depression. Which we made this complaint after surveying all of our customers from in around of rasipuram. Due to this problem we recomanded our friends to some other company. In future it may lose your customers, also it create bad impression amoung the customers. To avoid those problems you have take serious action and step on BEST MOTORS YAMAHA SHOPPE ANNA SALAI RASIPURAM.

Customer handling is really worst. For the brand like yamaha, these kinds of black dots ll spoil their name in after sales. I have been waited for more than 20 days for getting a tail end spare for my ss125. These guys(ambal - dealer) are curse for yamaha. The people in the spares section are answering like nuts down categories.
Yamaha heads, do some thing to rescue its name in spares.. otherwise no match guys ll race down you.....
