i am a regular client with kapils goregoan branch from around 2 years and i am really satisfied with their services but just some days back i happened to go to vashi so thought of getting my haircut done at kapils vashi branch which is situated in raghulilla .
i went their expecting just to get my haircut done .as i entered their a lady named victoria who happened to be the manager their approached me n asked me for a water (impressed) and consulted me very well.
she listened to all the details what i wanted in my hair cut,etc......as i didnt wanted to cut short my length .

I had visited your oulet on 23rd July'11 @ Maxus Mall,Bhayender which had a kiosk on the ground floor.
The kiosk had an offer highlighted on the Glass facade which said we would be getting a (Hair cut Shampooing Blow dry) at Rs.110.
The moment i visited your outlet on the 3rd floor the offer changed to 165 for (Stylish Hair cut Shampooing Blow dry) for which i agreed to.
The moment i finished my hair cut the offer changed again and this time i was told by Mr. Navi that Rs 165 was only for the stylish hair cut.
