Ok, had gone to Kaya with a big list of expectations, and as is usual was set back a few paces by their service orientation.
The "doc's meeting" lasted for exactly 20 seconds (!!!), and he told the "beautician" to clean up the black heads and walked right out. I dont think i needed a glum faced man walking in and staring at my face to give this verdict, could have managed this little act by myself.
For Rs. 9000/- this was an awful short attention span from the "specialists".
The lady then went on to complete the task, at the end of which i was asked to sign on a form - - - called the "alignment form" without as much as an explaination as to what she had just done on my face. I read this "alignment" thingy today, on my second day of
