I regret to inform you about my recent experience at your shiva authorized service center. I handed over my car (Beat DL6CM 5526) on 18/03/14 to Mr. Sanjeev for regular service. At the time of handing over the car, a few minor scratches were brought to my notice. I acknowledged the same. But when I received my car back from your service center, I was shocked to see some fresh scratches on it. I immediately brought it to the notice of Mr. Sanjeev who didn't seem much bothered. Initially he denied any manhandling from the service center's end. But since the scratches were fresh which could be easily corroborated by their appearance, he asked me to lodge a complaint with you.

Very Bad Experience : I booked a car Chevrolet Beat PS from Shiva Motors, Sec 11, Noida on 25 Dec 2012 with delivery date on 05 Jan 2013. As per the deal signed between me & dealer two discount offers were committed to me, Free Car Insurance worth Rs 13,180/- & Cash discount of Rs 7645/-. The car was not delivered on 05th & I was informed to get the delivery on 16 Jan. At the time of delivery on 16thJan they denied for the discounts made at the time of booking in writing & asked me to pay Rs 20825/- extra or cancel the deal. I did not take the delivery & mailed my complaint to gmi.cac@gm.com on 16 Jan. On 17th Jan shiva motors contacted me to pay insurance amount i.e. 13,180/- & get the delivery. I have very bad experience with Shiva Motors. They never fulfill the promises made at the time of selling the vehicles. I purchased spark about 2 yrs back and that time there was scheme of 1 Gold Coin with purchase of Spark. i bought the vehicle and was promised that Gold Coin will be delivered after it is get from the Company but I did not get it so far. Every time i find a new employee answering that she will chekup and will be back but never replied. I will recommend that never purchase a car from Chevrolet and if you buy than not from Shiva. Car never give the claimed average.
Shiva Motors is undoubtedly a good organisation but attitude of empoloees needs to be corrected and be made more transprantAJIT SINGH
I have purchased Spark LS from Shiva Motors Sector 11 Noida.During the deal I was told and the same was recorded in my fi;le that instead of a discount I will be provide a Music Systen either pf Panasonic or Sony.To my great surprise at my home I have noticed that instead of Music System I have been provides with a F M Radio System which was not a part of the deal Dealing official Saraub was on leave on that date.This is not the end of injustice, One lady official came to hand over the papers and wanted my signatures without explaining what does the letter contains . Besides other things it contains Service manual which was not provided to me and she wanted my signatures.A copy of cover note which was given to me was valid up to 15.1. 201
