Power Yoga: A ladies-only yoga centre that combines the effects of weight-training and yoga. Women can come to this centre and expect individual workout sessions crafted for their specific needs. A chart is prepared listing your problem areas and the yogasanas beneficial to targeting those problems. Sessions are held from Monday to Friday.
