they were the worst. many of our items were lost and we incured major lost. when we approached their office, their behaviour was very incourteous. the people who came to shift were demanding for extra money and refused to leave if we didnt pay. their packing was very bad and they left most of the items without shifting for which we had to engage one more mode of transport to shift.
