We had to catch our train. When we asked Karthik(a very big cheater), he asked us with whose permission we booked the ticket :O It continues... We had to make arrangement to look after this and we had to run to catch our train. Vehicle came @ 2. Driver clearly says that they had asked him to come only after 11AM.These 3 people left to have lunch. Still packing is not completed. They came back @ 3PM.
Packing continued... Then slowly, they started moving the packed boxes to the ground floor(lift was available). They kept every thing in the ground floor(not in the Van). Not sure why it was loaded in the van directly. And again, from ground floor, they loaded everything in the Van(2 times the effort). By the time the Van started, i

To start with, Its our big mistake by selecting this Packers and Movers to move to Bangalare from Chennai. We clearly told them that we want to take things during the day time. Karthik has come home, checked our things and quoted Rs.11000. He said any time they can do the shifting based on our convenience. We had asked him to come @ 7 in the morning, pack things and get started by 11 AM. They agreed to that. We had booked our train tickets @ 2PM. We had almost packed everything by ourselves. They just had to do the coverings for the Fridge, Cupboard and TV.
3 Persons came @ 9 AM in an Auto. They said the vehicle will come in another 30mins, in the meantime they will continue with the packing. Those people were packing, packing an

Dear all, I have used their service on 01-nov-14 and i am totally disappointed with them. see the below and you decide whether to call them.
* Got a call from them on 31-oct to confirm the timing 9.30 am
* on 01-nov, no one called till 9.30 and I called them back at 9.45, 10.30, 11.30 and I got the same reply that the people already started from office to my home(distance from their office to my home is around 10 kms)
*around 12.15 i got 2 missed calls and when i called back it was the 3 guys from thangam and they have started now and want to know the route.
* they reached my home around 12.45 and started packing
*they didnt bring tools to dismantle fans
*basic things packed by 1.45 and they called their office to send the luggage van

Karthik is one big cheater. He gives switched off nos to contact. very careless. they cheat people. worst packers never try this horrible ppl if they give free service also.
He never responds to customer and says u dont have emergency life going things in it. It will come or forget ur things.
He should be hanged noforgiveness to him. I am going to file a case docket against him and close his business

This is the worst packers and movers ever seen, irresponsible people the pain their customers a lot and cheap guys . the took 2000 Rs from chennai - ongole for 3 weeks and they sent trough other packers and movers with Rs 400 ,Big cheaters . don t get cheated by them . I am planning cease a case docket on them
Please don't use their services. The worst service any customer can get for moving their goods from one place to another. Absolutely 0% customer service, no ontime delivery (delivery only on blasting Mr.Karthik humpty number of times). It would be better if they shut down their business rather than offering the most pathetic service.
They have unskilled and cheat employees. Their employees have stole my goods and cash during shifting on 17th September 2011. After repeated phone calls with Thangam packers, their emplioyees have accepted this but the proprietor Mr.Karthik had refused to pay the cash and goods. I am repeatedly following with him but still he is not responding. Also they don't give due care for packing the house hold items. Please avoid to use their service.
They are real cheats. They took my goods and the payment and do not even pick up the call when being called. After months of calling everyday, my goods have yet not been delivered.
Please do not go for Thangam Packers and Movers. I have had a bad experience with them. Lugage that was to be transported from chennai to thrissur, started from 23rd Sept. and supposed to reach on 25th Sept reached my place only on 2nd Oct. They are very unco-operative, says some silly reasons for delay, does not carry original permit and gets held up at check points. They charge less compared to others but have no quality in service.
