I have never seen such a very poor and bad service like AKAI.

We have purchased the Akai LCD television in Big Bazaar on December 1st week.
The television is not swtich on, we have made a compliant and doing the regular follow up with the below mentioned 3 person, in the past 15 days. They are not giving any proper response.
My problem has not been solved or attended or addressed till today.

I am started thinking that i bought a very bad Television, because i am not getting service for the brand new television. I would like to recommend to everyone do not think about AKAI TV.

If my problem get solved, i will post my comment here.

We bought a akai 40 inch tv on december 2011 it got repaired three weeks ago and we made a complaint in akai anna nagar service centre but there was no respond till now. The branch manager iruthiya raj and the service man rajesh never responding to our messages. They are providing very worst service. I am going to file a complaint in consumer court.
