I have never seen such a very poor and bad service like AKAI.
We have purchased the Akai LCD television in Big Bazaar on December 1st week.
The television is not swtich on, we have made a compliant and doing the regular follow up with the below mentioned 3 person, in the past 15 days. They are not giving any proper response.
My problem has not been solved or attended or addressed till today.
I am started thinking that i bought a very bad Television, because i am not getting service for the brand new television. I would like to recommend to everyone do not think about AKAI TV.
If my problem get solved, i will post my comment here.
