Horrible Service.
Need a 24 hr cook so had called this service, spoke to someone - called poonam who after understanding brief was to send a cook today. She said she will call back from cell. The call didnt come, so i called back. Phone was busy.
After 40 mins
i again called the cell, it was still busy, so i called landline to be greeted by a disinterested person called Sujata. She said they have all gone for lunch, keeping their mobiles in office, so call back later. I asked her, everyones left their mobiles in office?? and gone out? she says yes, so what?
so i say, but thats not common sense, why leave mobile in office, its a mobile, and anyways the number was busy, so someones using it.
Sujata gets upset and tells me to shut
