While looking for car rentals in Mumbai, we got the contact details thru internet and we contacted Mr.Rakesh Pandey and finalised the programme to leave next morning for outstation.The driver was supposed to be coming at 4.30 am, we were ready by 4.30 but until 5.30 am(this is just now while I am posting this review) the driver had not come neither did he bother to call nor did he receive our calls. We called Mr.Rakesh Pandey also but he also did not receive our calls.If they are not able to cater to services why bother to be in this business. They have spoilt our entire holiday plans. This is disgusting.My son was so excited about going..he was also ready by 4.30 am..but these people spoiled the holiday and the excitement. I would suggest
