Good career growth and training.
Being a Center Head in Frankfinn was quite challenging because there were no separate departments to handle the different functional areas. This lead to my development in the areas of HR, Training, Housekeeping, Budgeting and everything that concerns the running of a Center. The management was target focused, which helped me learn how to handle stressful situations and pressure. The hardest part of the job was liasioning with the other centers to obtain the certificates for the students which were almost always delayed resulting in student dissatisfaction. The most enjoyable part of the job was the monthly staff day out, which was fun.
