agree with preeti and shalini - they someone for3-4 days, then maid disappears and they never help in replacing..totally dissatisfied they stop picking up calls and never callback very bad management please refrain
satisfied with the services of this agency. I have a maid working for over 7 years through this agency. When the maid takes a leave for a long while, this agency is able to send me a temporary replacement maid so that we are not directly affected. Overall, pretty good and experienced people. I have heard that they are the first one in India to start with the concept of professional maid services.
Better services than other agencies in Mumbai. I would definitely recommend Dr. Manju Maid Services to all of you.
I found the services of Dr. Manju Maid services pretty reasonable. They were very helpful. People might have some unusual experiences with the agency, but that is a matter of chance. Overall, I find the agency very much reliable.
We had taken service from Manju maid with assurance that replacements are provided within 5 days. But now it is around 4 months we have not got the replacements. Whenever we call, they pass us like football between dadar & kandivali offices without any concrete results. Totaly disgrunted with the service after making more than 100 follow-up calls.
And by the way, Satish is the owner of this agency who has posted a review here... Pathetic. Being an advocate, you should not dupe people of their money.
I have been availing services from Dr.Manju Maid Services for past 7 years ,I am satisfied from their services.In between the maid left the job & I got the replacement from the agency.In fact I am thankful to Dr.Manju personally for having such kind of services that is essential nowadays.
I rather don't agree with all of you friends. They gave me very nice services. I personally feel that if housemaids run away, agencies cannot help as no one can control human beings. The agency can provide a replacement and Dr. Manju Maid Services provided me with a prompt replacement. I like their services.
This is absolutely correct as most of the maid didn't turn as committed by agency really not understanding the problem. If they want to work than what may the issue to attend the work decided with them. Its really very difficult to understand the psychology of the maid and agency forwarding them.
