Nityam Yoga Centre: Students are taught yoga asanas, into which breathing is incorporated. The Nityam Yoga Centre teaches Raja Yoga, a comprehensive yoga system which deals with the refinement of human behaviour and personality through 8 stages. As per the teachings of Raja Yoga, diet and stress management are a part of the offering. Other therapies include treatments for the spine, asthma, diabetes, and joint problems. A number of corporates are also on their rolls, including Reliance, LIC, and Tata AIG. The centre has had 10 years of practice, averaging 5 batches a week. Special importance is given to pranayama, as well as the kriyas.
